have you seen my big fat gypsy wedding? it's horrifying. there is a tradition in which males approach females (females are not allowed to approach males) and the male is allowed to "grab" or essentially manhandle the female until the agrees to give him a kiss. no matter how much she says no, he keeps persisting. it's horrible

I advise you do some more research into the travelling community - as there was a massive backlash from the traveler community towards channel four, because of how they portrayed them in the series. I have no doubt that there is mysogyny in the community, because there is in most communitys, but I just don’t think you should base your entire opinion based on the programme.

For example, channel fours “secret millionaire” came to my town; barrow-in-furness. I know first hand that they can change and manipulate there film to make something more entertaining.
